Our Kayak Tour was a big success as we were blessed with perfect weather - 75 degrees, no rain and a little breeze!  We gathered at MacArthur State Park Saturday morning March 20 and at 9:30 for our safety instructions from the Park Ranger and Cindy Black who led our tour.  He led us from the kayak launch area at the south end of the park north and west to Munyon Island.  We got stuck on a sand bar on the way, walked around the island a little bit, and finished up safe and sound about 1:00.
