- How is the Association organized?
The Association is governed by Bylaws which outlines the duties of the Board of Directors, Officers, and an initial Organizing Committee. Click below for more details:
- Are dues tax deductible?
No, at least not yet. The Association is organized as a non profit organization, but we have not applied to the IRS for tax exempt status for dues or contributions.
- How often are meetings held?
We try to hold general membership meetings every other month or so, and more frequently "in season". But neighborhood and special projects groups meet throughout the year.
- How long do meeting last?
Our goal is to limit meetings to one hour.
